Corporate Documents Notarized by Notary Public
It is preferable for corporations to obtain apostilles from their local Secretary of State. (Click here for a list of the Secretaries of State).
In urgent cases US Legalization will apostille these corporate documents from the Maryland Secretary of State. The documents must be signed and notarized by a local notary public. The name of the signer should be printed on the documents. 
US Legalization will certify the document, notarize this certification from a MD notary public, the MD Circuit Court and apostille it from the MD Secretary of State.

Turn around time is one business day.

Commercial Documents
( Applied only for certificate of origin, commercial invoice or packing list )
The document must be signed only, notary is not needed.

Procedure:

We will certify the required document from the Chamber of Commerce.
We will legalize the document from the Embassy of Colombia in Washington DC.

Most documents for use in Colombia only require an apostille. If your document must be certified from the embassy of Colombia we may or may not be able to do it, please call us @ 410 349-4900 to discuss your case prior to sending us the document. Our fee to certify documents from the embassy of Colombia is $126.00 each.




Personal Documents
US Legalization does not apostille personal documents. Personal documents must be certified directly from the state where they were issued (Click here for the contact information of all US Secretaries of State ).



Payment
US Legalization prefers to receive payment in the form of a company check or money order payable to "US Legalization".
If the a company check cannot be issued in a timely manner,
we accept Visa & Master card credit card payments

Visa  visa, Master card  master card or American Express  american express credit card payments are acceptable.
If paying by credit, please send a printout of the payment confirmation in your package.

Billing: Upon request for billing, pharmaceuticals companies that are registered with the FDA, patent and trade mark offices, and companies that have a current G account will receive their invoice with the certified documents.




Mailing
You may use FedEx, DHL, ups or ups. Priority USPS usps is NOT recommended (it will delay your service by 2 days).
Please include in your package the following:
The documents
A request stating that you want an apostille for your document(s).Please note the name of the country
A completed prepaid return airway bill(make sure taht it has your account number)
Your payment,printout of your payment confirmation (if paying by credit), or request for billing
